Questions
Before you book
Are these prices per person or per group?
Per person, based on two travellers sharing a room. A single traveller pays a supplement because the vehicle and guide cost the same — we quote that honestly rather than hiding it in a “single supplement” line at checkout.
Can I change the itinerary?
Yes. Everything on this site is a starting point. Move two nights from Phuket to Krabi, drop a temple, add a cooking day — tell us and we re-cost it. Changes are free up to 21 days before arrival.
What hotels do you use?
Four-star city and beach hotels we have inspected, with a handful of boutique properties in the north. The exact hotel list is in the proposal; if you want five-star we upgrade and re-price rather than swapping silently.
How big are the small-group tours?
Maximum 12 travellers, minimum 4 to depart. Same guides and hotels as our private journeys, shared minibus. Group departures are listed by date on each tour page.
Do you run tours in other languages?
English, German, French and Spanish guides are available on request. Tell us the language in the enquiry and we confirm the guide before quoting.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us the flight number when you book and we track it. A driver waits regardless of the delay; the first day is moved rather than cancelled, at no cost.
