Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to run a trip and we do not sell it. This page says exactly what we hold, why, and how to have it deleted.
We collect only what is needed to run a trip: name, contact details, passport data for bookings, and dietary or medical notes you choose to give. Data is never sold, there are no advertising cookies, and enquiries are deleted after two years under Thailand's PDPA.

Only what a trip requires
When you send an enquiry
Name, email, travel dates, party size, and whatever you choose to tell us about the trip. We keep this for two years so that a returning guest does not have to explain everything again, then delete it.
When you book
Passport details, date of birth and dietary or medical notes where they affect the itinerary, plus payment records. Passport data is shared only with the hotels, airlines and authorities that legally require it, and deleted 90 days after the trip ends.
When you browse
Standard server logs and privacy-friendly analytics: pages viewed, country, device type. No cross-site advertising profiles, no selling of audiences. We use no advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
Hotels, airlines, transport and guiding partners — only the details needed for your booking. Payment processors for card data, which we never store ourselves. Nobody else, unless a court requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data authority; if you are in Thailand, to the PDPC.
Card details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our systems. We see the last four digits and the amount, nothing else.

Cookies
We set one functional cookie to remember your language choice, and analytics that do not identify you. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to — if we add advertising or third-party tracking in future, this page and a consent prompt will change first.

What we hold, and for how long
Enquiry data: name, email, phone if you give one, dates, party details and the notes you write in the form. Kept for two years, then deleted. Booking data: passport details, date of birth and insurance details, held for the duration of the trip and for seven years afterwards because Thai accounting law requires the invoice trail. Website analytics: aggregated page views with IP addresses truncated, kept for 14 months.
Who we share it with
Hotels, airlines, boat operators and guides need the minimum required to deliver the booking: a name, a date and a room type. Insurance providers receive passport data. We do not share your email with marketing partners, and we do not use third-party advertising pixels.
Your rights under the PDPA
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion is immediate for enquiry data; for completed bookings we keep the invoice record because the law requires it, and we will tell you exactly what is kept and why. Requests go to the address on the contact page and are answered within 30 days.
